Shipping

The goods will be dispatched to your specified delivery address on receipt of payment. We calculate the shipping costs (including VAT) according to the order value (gross merchandise value).

Deliveries in Germany:

We currently offer free shipping in Germany for orders of €60.00 and over. Order values up to €59.99 = €5.90

Deliveries abroad:

We currently offer free shipping to the countries listed below for orders of €160.00 and over. Orders up to €159.99

Zone 1: €9.50 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland)

Zone 2: €14.50 (Spain, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal, Latvia, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria)

Zone 3: €19.50 (Switzerland, Lichtenstein, UK)

Bulk quantities:

Bulk quantities of 30 pce and over will be sent via a shipping company, For prices, please enquire 

 

Delivery times:

The estimated delivery time for every product is specified in the online shop. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Unless otherwise stated, delivery in Germany usually takes 3 - 5 days, deliveries abroad within the EU take 5 - 14 days, and deliveries abroad outside the EU take 10 - 25 days from placing your order (or, if prepayment has been agreed, from the time of when payment is received). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.


To protect the environment, we prefer to ship your complete order as a single delivery. In other words, we wait until all the products you have ordered are in stock and ready for delivery. In this case, the delivery time for your whole order is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. In exceptional cases, we will also ship partial deliveries at our own expense. Important: This is currently only possible for shipping within Germany.
