Want to return an item? No problem!


Please proceed as follows:


  1. Contact us beforehand with an email to support@onelife.eco and notify us of your return, stating the order ID.
  2. You will receive a return note by email.
  3. Please pack the goods securely in the original packaging and place the return note inside.
  4. Send the package to the following address:

Please note that our warehouse cannot accept ANY parcels that are not prepaid.
